Are you ready to Make March Purple for Epilepsy?
Since 2008, people all over the world have worked to increase awareness about epilepsy on March 26. The event was founded by then nine-year-old Cassidy Megan from Nova Scotia, Canada, to get people talking about epilepsy and inform those with seizures that they are not alone.
In 2021, the Epilepsy Foundation is working with our interstate partners to make March an even bigger celebration of people living with epilepsy. Throughout the entire month, we'll be promoting awareness activities, opportunities to fundraise and resources for people looking to get involved.
There are so many ways to get involved: Hold a fundraiser, donate directly, buy or sell purple merchandise, or host an event!
Join us, and let's Make March Purple for Epilepsy!
