Jemma had a special way of connecting with the world — through simple joys, quiet strength, and a smile or laugh that could brighten any room. She found happiness in the little things, in particular, spending time with those she loved most.
Life with epilepsy and autism wasn’t always easy, but Jemma faced each day with a gentle resilience and a unique spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone who met her.
Jemma taught us patience, perspective, and the power of unconditional love and her memory will always be a guiding light in our lives.
We are accepting donations in Jemma’s memory to support the important work of the Epilepsy Foundation. This cause is deeply personal to us. The Foundation uses evidence-based practice to stop avoidable deaths, ensure children receive a quality education, support people in gaining and maintaining employment, and help individuals feel safe and connected. They give hope for a future without epilepsy by funding research and believe that no one with epilepsy should have to go it alone.
Your donation in Jemma’s memory will help create meaningful change for others living with epilepsy.
